REQUEST FOR BIDS - Portable Digital X-ray Equipment

The Yavapai County Medical Examiner's Office is requesting sealed bids for Portable Digital X-ray Equipment. All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Response form that is included in the Bid Documents from the Yavapai County Medical Examiner's Office, 1015 Fair St., Prescott, AZ 86305 or the Yavapai County Web site: Contact Alan Vigneron at (928) 771-3252 for further information. Each bid submitted must be sealed and plainly marked "BID FOR PORTABLE DIGITAL X-RAY EQUIPMENT". Properly-marked bids must be RECEIVED (by U.S. Mail, hand-delivered or courier) in the Board of Supervisors Office, Room 310, 1015 Fair St., Prescott, AZ 86305 no later than 1:30 P.M. MST (by the official clock located in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors), Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Yavapai County will not be responsible for submitted bids that are not marked appropriately and/or sent to the wrong address. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM MST, Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 1015 Fair St., Prescott, AZ, Room 208. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of bids, but absence will not be considered cause for disqualification. Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
